May 1, 2026. McCurtain students visited the Choctaw Cultural Center in Calera, OK today.
They watched a stickball demonstration, visited the museum, and stopped by the gift shop where they picked up books about Choctaw culture for our school library.
They also stopped at Reba's Place in Atoka for lunch on the way home.
DeeDee Yaws says it was the funnest trip ever and has the pictures to prove it!
